Poetry:
Nothing
Alone in the shadows. Eyes shut and sleep now waking
The violent calm begins, invaded by memories still reacurring
I can't shake their silent screams out of my head. Back and Forth
endlessly
Reality creeps, bent and black.
Drowning in the wake while shrilling tears fly through the night sky
showing the murder of Hope.
And as the bleak blood pours, turning to poignant collapse
I can't be saved, I can't be cured
Because I am not broken!
Woken to destiny's dejected promise
Clouded eyes stare into my shattered essence.
Get up and run. Run to the scars, screams, and your spiteful sentence.
Stars of tears sing the baneful reprise: bleed suffocation, and claw
to obscurity
While the footsteps ice the ground around me.
My soul grasps on but with empty hands.
Forsaken for my fears, and all that I must endure.
I was still alive with much to breathe while you meandered by.
But they can't save me. With out a soul memories die.
Because I'm not broken, I'm not depressed
I am already Dead!
